Digital delivery

Most of our products are delivered digitally. You'll receive your certificate, report, or other deliverable electronically, typically by email or download, after your order is confirmed and payment is processed.

What counts as delivered

A digital product is considered delivered and made available to you at the point we send it to, or make it accessible from, the email address or account associated with your order — for example, when the deliverable is emailed, or when a download or access link is made available to you. Delivery is complete at that point, whether or not you open, download, or access the deliverable, and regardless of any later issue with your own email, device, spam filtering, or storage. If you do not receive a deliverable you expected, it is your responsibility to check your spam or junk folder and to contact us promptly at orders@eigenwitness.com so we can re-send it; we will gladly re-deliver a purchased product that did not reach you.

Physical mail receipts

Certain paid services include a physical mailed record (a corroborating timestamp receipt). These are currently mailed within the United States only. We expect to expand availability over time; if you have a shipping need we don't yet cover, contact us at orders@eigenwitness.com and we'll let you know what's possible.

Delivery times and carriers

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays, including delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Once we transfer a physical item to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
